HOW TO ENROLL?

• Print out the Enrollment Form and mail it to:

  **Prior to July 1st, 2008 the pre-camp enrollment fee $50.00.
  Registrants after July 1st, 2008 are required to pay the full $60.00 camp fee.
  
• Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card.
• Checks need to be made payable to the Northland Youth Football Camp.
• On-line registration requires the use of a credit card.
• Be sure to complete all information required on the forms, including parental signature.

All registered campers will receive an email confirmation one week prior to the start of camp. Payment may be made using a credit card, check, or money order. Final payment is due on or before July 22nd, 2008. Registrants before July 1st, 2008 are eligible for the $50.00 pre-camp enrollment fee. Registrants after July 1st, 2008 are required to pay the full camp fee of $60.00. When full payment is received, we will send complete camp details via email one week before the camp. There is a $20.00 service charge for any returned check.
